Choosing a location like Terme De Montel in Milan means taking a stand and raising the bar. Red Bull is used to doing this, but this time they decided to do it with the touch of elegance and style that the setting demands. Pairing an atmosphere entirely dedicated to relaxation with F1 simulators was no coincidence: the Red Bull event came just a few days before the Monza Grand Prix, featuring Vettel's championship-winning car on display. Anyone at the Warm Up Party last night likely took dozens of photos of that car—we certainly did for Spaghetty!
150 clients dined inside the thermal baths. Guided by the "Musketeers," these 150 guests enjoyed an open-air experience under the stars (you can't actually see stars in Milan, but it sounded cool to write). What surprised Spaghetty the most was that the clients were accompanied by the very people who support them daily. Just as Red Bull does with emerging talent, they chose to highlight their "Musketeers" during the dinner. Trust us: at most events, sales representatives rarely get that kind of visibility.
Of course, the event wasn't just thermal water, swapped flip-flops, and plush bathrobes. Instead of the usual overcrowded bar with absurd lines, Daniele Gentili's team created an actual map to guide guests through a curated journey. This ranged from structured signature drink stations staffed by 8 bartenders, to energy and detox smoothie corners featuring spirulina, matcha, and turmeric (we were at a thermal spa, after all, right?), all the way to a Japanese Secret Room.
From 9:30 PM, Terme De Montel opened its doors to roughly 800 people who gathered for a Milanese night out, sipping drinks in hot tubs and dancing to sets by NAMELESS DJs.
And for those who didn't notice, there was also the option to get a massage—and trust us, it's always worth it.
At a time when people are choosing to drink less and drink better, spending more time taking care of their bodies and minds, perhaps a party without living monsters was just what was needed. Sure, we still spotted a few monsters and a few people who left their style and grace at home, but a little trashiness is part of all our lives.
